She died Feb. 18, 1912 in Washington Township, Lucas County, Ohio, according to death record in Ohio vol. 726 page 10,270. Mrs. Susan Chase, who for many years had been a resident of Milan, died Sunday at the home of her daughter in Toledo, where she had been for some time. She was brought here [Milan] Tuesday. The funeral was held at the Baptist church with Rev. George Woodcock officiating. Burial at Marble Park cemetery. Attendees at the funeral included E. K.
