Obituary

WAKEMAN – Lewis R. Morris, 83, of Wakeman, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Norwalk Memorial Home, Norwalk.

He was born July 27, 1930 in Gassaway, W.Va. and moved to Wakeman in 1941.

He worked at E&L Transport, of Dearborn, MI, for 27 years retiring in 1986.

He was a US Army Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict.

He was a member of the Teamster's Local 964 of Cleveland.

Survivors include a step-daughter, Mareta Pendleton; step-sons, James and Carl Pendleton; several step-grandchildren; and a twin sister, Lola (Gerald) Gordon of Collins.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Zora (Buchannon); and second wife Lois "Jean" (Cosgrave).

Friends may call Friday, August 9, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron. Pastor Kenny Conley of Maple City Church of God, Norwalk, will officiate.

Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
