Surviving is his parents three sisters and one brother Mrs Colleen Minioi of Mechanicsburg Mrs Joanne Minioi of Syracuse NY Wayne J of Fort Walton Beach Fl.and Mrs Marian Mentch of Altoona.
Mr Gates was a former member of the Pennsylvania National Guards and a Member of St Marks Catholic Church.
