Funeral services for Mary McCoy (Mary McCoy Clement) will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Alabama Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at Sibley Cemetery Choudrant, LA. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mary was an English teacher and guidance counselor for over 30 years at West Monroe High School. She was a extraordinary teacher, counselor, mother, and mamaw . She touched many lives.
Mary was preceded in death by her two husbands, Russell Cedric McCoy and George Ray Clement and a grandson, Cedric Allen McCoy.
Mary is survived by 2 sons, Rusty McCoy and Roy McCoy and wife Wendy; sister, Lou Ann Albritton and husband Harold; brother, George Henry “Bo” Boyd; 5 grandchildren; John Berryman McCoy, Hayley Michelle McCoy, Jerry Russell McCoy, Christopher Roy McCoy and Andrew Lane McCoy; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives.
