Mary L. "Ollie" Lothrop

ARCADIA - Mrs. Mary L. "Ollie" Lothrop passed from this life Thursday morning in Texas City.

Born April 1, 1915, in Arcadia, Mrs. Lothrop had been a resident of Dickinson for 56 years, previously of Arcadia. She was a member of the Methodist faith and had been employed at Dickinson Cleaners for 30 years before
retiring in 1974. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, taking long walks outside and being in nature, as well as, cats, dogs and shopping. Ollie will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Lothrop; parents, Lee Temple Wilson Sr. and Selma (Nanny) Wilson; brothers, Lee Wilson Sr. and Wade Wilson; sisters, Selma De- Pitts, Margaret Manwell and Mollie Choate.

Survivors include her brothers, Scott Wilson Sr. of Santa Fe and George Wilson Sr. of Grapeland; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 5:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with the Reverend E. Eugene Easterly. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be her nephews.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral
home, 10412 Highway 6,925- 3501.

Those who wish may make memorials in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
