Milton L. Hockenbury, 82, of Ringoes died in Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township. Born in Ringoes on Nov. 11, 1922, son of the late Levi and Myrtie Parkes Hockenbury, he lived in Ringoes most of his life.A 1941 graduate of Flemington High school, he was owner and operator of Hockenbury Electric in Ringoes for many years. A lifelong ham-radio operator whose call number was W2PKE, he was an organizer of the Cherryville Repeaters Radio Club in Cherryville.His wife, Audrey Toles Hockenbury, died in 1997.Surviving are brothers, Irvin and Carl; sister, Nancy.
