Tinia was born in Inez, Ky. Actually, her name on the birth certificate is Tiny. Her parents were Edward and Essie (Horn) Endicott. Tinia came to Detroit about 1942-1943. There she met Harold Bonner and were married in 1944. They raised 3 children: Carol Ann Bonner, Charles Edward Bonner, and Dennis Lee Bonner. Tinia moved to Russellville, Alabama shortly after Harold's death and lived with her daughter, Carol until she passed away. She is buried next to Harold in Smithville, Tn.
