On August 11, 1988, she left The Greenhouse Pomaret, the family domain at Barre-de-Cevennes, to a destination she hadn't confided to anyone and went missing. Hundred days later, on November 21, her body was found, reduced to a skeleton, ten meters deep into a canyon, near Gabriac, just 4 kilometers from her family home by a farmer, and discover that she was victim of a fall while she was practicing hiking, as evidenced by his fractured femurs, and the autopsy reveled that she died inmediately. She was identified by her teeth and a ring.
