Jacob Dylan Greene, infant son of Monica Moore and John Mark Greene of Wilkesboro, died July 28, 2013 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Aug. 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Scenic Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Jimmy Settle officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 to 1:30, prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Jacob was born July 28, 2013 in Wilkes County.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarissa A. Powell and Larry Keith Greene.
He is survived by his parents of the home; two brothers, Jonathan Reyngoudt of Connecticut and Alec Lee Greene of North Wilkesboro; grandparents Cindy Reece and husband, Jackie, and Daniel Moore all of Boone, and his great-grandmother, Emily Bland of High Point.
