Elizabeth Blevins, 101, died Monday, August 22 1977, in Paintsville Hospital. She was born May 22 1876, in Johnson County, the daughter of Henderson and Hannah Kimbler Craft. Mrs. Blevins was a resident of Staffordsville and a member of the Enterprise Baptist Church. Her husband Elisha Blevins preceded her in death. Surviving are three sons, Wayne Blevins, and Shoppel Blevins of Paintsville and Elisha Blevins Jr., of Staffordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Beechie McKenzie, Mrs. Leah Colvin and Mrs.Shirley King, all of Staffordsville; a sister, Mrs.Lula Murray of Paintsville; 24 grand-children and 13 great-grand-children Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, August 24, in the Enterprise Baptist Church at Kertz with Reverends Bruce Daniel, Ellis Hamilton, James Crider, and Tobe Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in the Jayne Cemetery at Staffordsville, with Paintsville Funeral Home handling arrangements.
