Fuyuko Okutsu Tanaka of Koloa passed away at Hale Kupuna Heritage Home on Jan. 24, 2008, at the age of 90. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel, 4 p.m. service officiated by Rev. Hashimoto.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Tanaka of Honolulu; daughters Pearl Nonaka of Lihu‘e and Elaine Malone of Las Vegas, Nev.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers Seiji Okutsu of California and Paul Shiro Okutsu of Aiea, O‘ahu; sisters Mitsuko Matsuura and Margie Yasuko Shinn both of Pearl City, O‘ahu, and Rachel Reiko Akazawa of Kalaheo.
