Willard Brinkerhoff, Wayne Leader Passes
  BICKNELL – Willard Duain Brinkerhoff, 80, died Monday in a Gunnison hospital of natural causes.
  He was born in Thurber, Wayne County, March 13, 1890, to George and Rosanna Viola Cutler Brinkerhoff. He married Mary Allen, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, Oct. 1, 1919. She died Oct. 6, 1958.
  He was a farmer and livestock raiser. He filled two LDS missions, one in New England, 1912-1913, and California, 1929. He is a past bishop, high councilman and member of the Wayne Stake presidency. He was also a Manti Temple ordinance worker. He is a past Wayne County commissioner and served as a member of the Fremont Irrigation Assn. board of directors and a member of the Bureau of Land Management grazing board.
  Survivors: sons, Frank A., Salt Lake City; W. Stanley, John A., both Bicknell; Joseph D., Granger; 26 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, sister, Royal, Bicknell; Mrs. William (Mabel) Potter, Loa.
  Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the Thurber Ward chapel, Bicknell. Friends may call at the ward chapel Friday from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in the Bicknell Cemetery by Springer Mortuary, Richfield.
