SAVANNAH - Evelyn O'Berry Adams, 96, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Tara at Thunderbolt.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah and was retired as a Travel Agent with the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
She was a member of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Earl McKay, and her second husband, William V. Adams, parents, Fred Bernard and Bessie Webb O'Berry, and brothers, Fred B. O'Berry, Jr., and John William O'Berry.
She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Margie S. O'Berry, and Betty W. O'Berry, three nieces, Rebecca O. Scroggin, Kathy O. Wheeler, and Lisa O. Headley, and one nephew, Bruce O'Berry.
A private family graveside service was held on Tuesday in Bonaventure Cemetery.
