She was the daughter of Charles and Anna (Richardson) Wuethrich born in Kenton Ohio. Her mother died shortly after her birth on Feb. 24th 1930, from a blood clot which is in inherited. Charles was living with his mother-in-law Edna as he tried to raise his new daughter and three other children. The 1930 census records has Edna as head of household with Charley and his three children from his first marriage Lillian, Charles and Margaret. Also baby Beverly. Although their last name is horribly spelled wrong Wintrich.
By the 1940's Beverly was living with her Great Uncle and Great Aunt Pled and Estella Richardson. Pled was her grandfather Charley's brother. Pled and Estalla never had children of their own. When Charley died in 1925 and five years later his daughter died after giving birth to Beverly, they took it upon themself to help raise her. Now Charley Weuthrich had three children from his first marriage which ended in divorce, She married William Eugene Ward on June 06, 1948 in Kenton.
