FULTONβ Willis P. Morin, 64, president of the Fulton Savings bank for the past six years, died Monday afternoon at his home in 407 E. Broadway. A victim of cancer, he had been seriously ill only for the past week. Mr. Morin was born in East Lee Mass. son of Philibime J. and Sarah E. Morin, and came to Fulton with his parents in 1886. His wife Mrs Ethel Bonner Morin died several years ago. Surviving are: A son, Robert H Morin, Fulton; two daughters, Mrs Elizabeth F. Auser, Levittown, L.I., and Miss Ethel E. Morin, Fulton and a brother Francis H. Morin, Fulton. Burial will be In Mount Adnah cemetery. He served as a bank trustee before being named to head the institution in 1943. He was a member First Methodist church and headed its board of trustees. He was a past president of Fulton chamber of commerce and a member of the Hiram Lodge. Mr. Morin also credited with founding the Oswego County Boy Scout council and organized the oldest unit.
