Robert H. Morin, 80, of Ridge Rd., Fulton, died September 9, 2001. Born in Fulton, he attended Syracuse University, Yale University, and the University of Notre Dame. He retired as a co-owner and operated of Morin Brothers Inc. in 1986 after 40 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, Northeast Lumberman's Association, and Hiawatha of Boy Scouts of America. He served as trustee of Fulton Springs Bank from 1959 to 1991. He was a coast guard and navy veteran of WWII.
His first wife, Eleanor died in 1983. Surviving are his wife, Faith; three daughters, Susan Burnett of Salisbury, MD., Sharon Grady of Baldwinsville, and Melissa Morin of Newport, NH.; two step-daughters, Lydia Petrie of Seattle and Lori Wilson of Jamestown; three stepsons, Thomas Wilson of Fairbanks, Alaska, Howard Wilson of Ventnor, NJ., and Randy Wilson of Longmont, Colorado; a sister, Elizabeth Auser of Fulton; six grandchildren; and one step-great granddaughter.
Services were held in First United Methodist Church. Burial was in Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton had arrangements. Contributions may be made to Friends of Oswego County Hospice, Box 102, Oswego, 13126.
