She was born May 8, 1929, in Harrisville, the daughter of William and Anna Wolfe.
Ruth was a devoted homemaker and mother. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, sewing, cooking and was the past president of the VFW Post 9571 Women's Auxiliary.
She will be dearly missed by her son, John Egner of Boardman; daughter Donna Egner of Florida; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many grandchildren from the Gretsinger family.
Besides her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her first husband, John F. Egner; second husband, Kenneth Gretsinger; brothers William, Ted and Dick; sisters Catherine and Cleon; and daughter-in-law Deborah Egner.
Entombment will be at Green Haven Memorial Park.
