Summerton, Dec 31 [1919] - Ellison Capers, the fourth son of the late Bishop Ellison Capers, died yesterday at his home in Summerton. Mr Capers came of a distinguished family. He was born in Greenville some fifty-odd years ago and resided in Columbia during his father's pastorate of Trinity church, of that city. He moved to Summerton some time ago and taught school here for a time. He then entered the drug business, continuing in the same until his death. He has been one of the most useful of our citizens and held the respect of all who knew him. His wife was Miss Carlotta Manigault Benbow and she, with several children, survives him.
