Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with burial in Trinity Memorial Park.
He was born Aug. 27, 1966, in Big Spring and had lived in Temple since 1997.
He was a paralegal for the Federal Prison System and was a member of First Baptist Church of Temple.
Survivors include his parents, George and Bonnie Franklin, a sister, Janice Ferguson, and his grandmother, Ruby Gill, all of Big Spring; and a nephew.
