Prescott Courier:
DIED--In Prescott, June 13, 1897, B. F. Goldwater, aged 32 years. Consumption was the fatal malady.
Deceased was a brother of the Goldwaters, merchants, of Prescott and Phoenix. His father, Michael Goldwater, was one of the pioneer merchants of Arizona, and at present resides in San Francisco. B. F. Goldwater was of that genial temperament whch antagonized no one and made friends of all who came in contact with him. He was quick of wit and ever the center of attraction of any social gathering in which he participated. The entire community regrets his untimely death and all sympathize with the bereaved relatives.
The funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Goldwater. From there the body will be taken to the train and forwarded to San Francisco for burial.

Aronson and Lizzie Goldwater of San Francisco, Mrs. Ralph Prager of Portland, Morris, Henry and Barry Goldwater of Prescott, and Sam Goldwater of Salt Lake, aged 34 years and 3 months.

**Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral to-morrow (Thursday), at 10:15 o'clock a.m., from the residence of his brother-in-law, Mr. P. N. Aronson, 1314 Geary street. Interment, Hills of Eternity Cemtery, by 11:30 a.m. train from Third and Townsend streets.
