Died--In Prescott, Sept. 5th, 1898, Samuel Goldwater, aged about 41 years. Consumption was the fatal malady.
He was a brother of Hon. Morris Goldwater and Henry Goldwater, of Prescott, and Barry Goldwater, of Phoenix. He went to Phoenix from the Pacific coast some months ago, in the hope that a change of climate might help him; he came to Prescott about three weeks ago. He was a former resident of this place, conducted a mercantile business here, and was ever regarded as a conscientious and responsible business man and citizen. The remains will be shipped to San Francisco for burial in the family cemetery.
