Born July 11, 1948 in Noel, MO, to Elbert (Nap) and Betty Wylie, she was raised in Kansas City, KS, and graduated from Turner High School in 1965.
She was a caseworker for the State of MO, retiring in 2010.

Kelly is preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Brewer; her parents; a sister, Bobby Wylie; a brother, Steve Wylie; and a nephew, Brock Wylie.
A devoted single mother and grandmother, Kelly inspired many with her strength, wit and loyalty.
She will be remembered in a private service; donations can be made to Noel Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
