BLYTHEWOOD - Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Earl Swink, III, 27, of Blythewood, will be held Saturday, February 26, 2000, in Pine View Baptist Church, Blythewood,conducted by the Rev. H. Jackson Younts and the Rev. Edward N. Taylor. Mr. Swink will be placed in the church one hour prior to service. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Great Falls.
Mr. Swink died Wednesday, February 23, 2000. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Kenneth Earl Swink Jr. and Irene Elizabeth McCallum Swink. He was a graduate of Wilson Vocational School and participated in the Babcock Day Work Program. Mr. Swink was a loving son.
Surviving are his parents of Blythewood; sister, Christina Amodio of West Columbia; brother, Daniel Timothy Swink of Columbia; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Lenora Swink of Reidsville, N.C., maternal grandmother, Rosemarie H. McCallum of Columbia. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Estes McCallum.
