LITTLETON, W.Va., July 10 - Silas Garrison, an aged and respected citizen of this place, a veteran of the civil war, died today at his home at the age of about 80 years, after several weeks of severe illness.

Mr. Garrison was a man who had many friends in this community who will mourn his loss, besides he has a wife and several children. Funeral services have not been arranged.
