Mrs. Eloise Mann was born to the late Mae Louise Jackson and Arthur James Roundtree on January 27, 1928 in Uvalda, Georgia. She was a member of the Flipper/New Hope African Methodist Episcopal Church in Uvalda, Georgia. Eloise Mann passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Bethany Home in Vidalia, Georgia after an extended illness. She is survived by her Children: Ronnie Mann of Uvalda, GA; Latasha Mann and; Malaysia Kelley both of Clarksville, TN. One Sister: Johnnie Lou Williams of Uvalda, GA; two uncles: Henry Jackson of Hazlehurst GA; O.J. Roundree of Soperton, GA. Eight Grandchildren: Tomon Tinger, Kimo Tinger, Jaland Kelley, Arion Wilcox, Chantel Locke, Donald Wilcox, Cameron Mann, Jayden Butler. Two God Daughters: Kayla Lewis, and Quinese Madison. And a host of other loving relatives and friends.
