Mrs. Waters was born on Dec. 24, 1918, in Short to Commador Perry Barnes and Betty Jane (Bradford) Barnes. She died on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in Van Buren, Ark.
She was retired from Baldor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Waters; one son, Bobby Clay Waters; three sisters, Zella Ravenburg, Edna Waters and Laura Mikell; and four brothers, Henry, Ramond, Sebron and Wilburn Barnes.
