SEEKAMP, HERMAN C.

Passed away 1:15 PM Thursday, June 17, 1971, at Saginaw Veterans Administration Hospital following a lingering illness, age 65 years. He was born June 2, 1906 in Chicago, Illinios and had lived in Saginaw for the past 42 years except the time he spent with the U.S. Army. He had been employed with General Motors Corporation, Grey Iron Division for 38 years and retired in 1970. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. He married Eva M. Andrews December 20, 1941. She survives him. He also leaves a son, Craig H. Seekamp, at home; his mother, Mrs. Alma Seekamp, North Miami, Florida; two sisters, Dorothy A. Seekamp, North Miami, Florida; Mildred Seekamp, Chicago, Illinois; a brother, Harold Seekamp, Louisville, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will take place at 3 PM Saturday at the Case Chapel, 409 Adams Street, Reverend Jay Ketchie will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel after 2 PM Friday. Those, who so desire, may make memorials to the American Cancer Society.
