She was not the wife of the Thomas Savage that went to the USA. She married the Honorable Thomas Savage born 1606 at Rock Savage, Cheshire, England he died Feb. 1655 in Cheshire, England. He was the son of Thomas Savage, 1st Viscount Savage of Rocksavage and Elizabeth Darcy, Countess Rivers. (He is often confused with another by the same name who did emigrate to the USA....... but this is not that man)
This Thomas Savage, was one of the 19 children of his parents, none of whom emigrated to the USA. The Hon. Thomas Savage married Elizabeth Whitmore and they had 1 child, daughter Elizabeth who went on to marry Marmaduke Langdale, 2nd Baron Langdale of Holme.
