GEORGE W. ASHTON RITES TO BE HELD HERE TOMORROW
George W. Ashton, aged 73 years well known and respected farmer of this community, passed away at the Calistoga hospital on Friday night, following a paralytic stroke with which he was afflicted several days before.
The passing of Mr. Ashton is shortly following his return from the Chicago Fair and following his second marriage here. His widow survives and also a son, Claude from a former marriage. Another son, Edward, passed away several months ago.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Community church, tomorrow, Thursday.
Friends in Middletown extend to the bereaved relatives heartfelt sympathy.
