Walter D. Parker died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. James B. Thomas, in this town, on Friday, aged 73 years. Ten weeks ago Mr. Parker suffered a stroke of paralysis at the home of his son, Charles S. Parker, in Penfield. He was brought to his daughter's home three weeks ago. With the exception of five years lived in Penfield, he had spent his life in this town. The surviving members of his family are a wife, four daughters, Mrs. DeForest Horton, Mrs. James B. Thomas, Mrs. Eugene Pierce, Mrs. Fred G. Davis, of this town; three sons, Charles S. Parker of Penfield, Frank B. Parker of Palmyra, and Charles H. Parker of this town; three sisters and a brother. The funeral was held from the Thomas home on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. H. Wyse Jones officiating. Interment was made at Woodlawn cemetery.
