FORTVILLE – Victoria "Vicki" (Scroggs) Langdon, age 68, of Fortville, passed away July 5, at her residence. She was born on November 24, 1944 in Morristown, Tennessee as the daughter of Laura (Ward) Webb. She married George W. Langdon on December 22, 1963.

She worked as a homemaker her whole life. She loved gardening, working in her apple orchard, and also enjoyed working at the Hancock County Farmer's Market. Vicki was an avid bowler. She loved her animals and watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.

Surviving her are her daughters, Lora (Nick) Kendall of Centerville, Letisha (Greg) Langdon-Werden of Greenfield, LaRhea Langdon of Westfield, and Laci (Shane) Partlow of Westfield; and five grandchildren, Alec, Noel, Logan, Nicolas and Graci. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; step-father, Art Webb; grandson, Christopher Hauck; and sister, Bobbi Emmons.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope House of Hancock County,
