AUBURNDALE — A. C. Bruesewitz, 77, died of a heart condition
at his home here at 6:40 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. John's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Richard Muehl officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield.
Friends may call at the Hanson Funeral Chapel from 1 p.m. Saturday until noon Sunday.
Mr. Bruesewitz was born May 16, 1886 in Jackson, Washington
County. He received his education at Kewaskum, and on April 25, 1916 married the former Elsa Wolf at Dorchester. They made their home in Spencer and in 1921 moved to Auburndale and lived there since.
He was a former assessor for the village and treasurer for the school board. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and a former member of the church board.
Survivors include his wife; four children, Mrs. Elva Boehnlein, Auburndale, Mrs. Lavern Ware, Lewisburg, Tenn.; Arthur G. Bruesewitz, White Plains, N. Y., and two brothers, Louis, Fond du Lac,and Fred, Colby; two sisters, Mrs.
Elsie Behsendt, Wausau, and Mrs. Emma Wood, Marshfield, and six grandchildren.
