Donald Wayne McCubbin, 63, Temple Hill, died Friday at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born July 17, 1938 in Green County, he was the son of Brady and Mayme Taylor McCubbin. He had been a farmer in Barren County for many years and was a member of the Temple Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Shipley McCubbin; two daughters, Donna Brents McCubbin of Temple Hill and Dana Brady McCubbin of Glasgow; his mother, Mayme McCubbin of Glasgow; his mother-in-law, Essie Shipley of Glasgow; and many friends.

Donald was preceded in death by his father, Brady McCubbin and his father-in-law, Brents Shipley.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, 2720 River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018, or to the Temple Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, 8427 Tompkinsville Road, Glasgow, KY 42141.
