Mayme McCubbin Taylor, 88, of Green County, Ky., died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at the Medco Center in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late John Dobson and Cattie Leslie Walker Dobson, she was a member of Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Gabe, Ky. She was married to Brady McCubbin, who preceded her in death. She later married Harrison Taylor, who also preceded her in death. Survivors include two granddaughters, Donna McCubbin and Dana McCubbin, both of Glasgow, Ky.; one daughter-in-law, Dorothy McCubbin of Glasgow; two sisters-in-law, Frances Dobson and Lillie Mae Dobson, both of Greensburg; three nieces, Roberta Finn of Louisville, Ky., Doris Rodgers of Campbellsville and Mary Pruitt of Greensburg; and five nephews, Wayne Dobson of Bowling Green, Ky., Billy Joe Dobson and J.W. Rattliff, both of Greensburg, Herman Rattliff of Campbellsville and Vernon Rattliff of Lexington, Ky. She was also preceded in death by one son, Donald McCubbin; two brothers, Finis Dobson and Eli Dobson; and one sister, Estell Ratliff. Funeral was on Friday, Sept. 2 at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. The Rev. Don Watson officiated. Burial was in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery in Glasgow. Pallbearers were Mark Rogers, Billy Joe Dobson, James Ralph Rattliff, Chad Dobson, William Lewis Rattliff, Randy Rogers, Jason Rattliff and Matt Rattliff. Honorary pallbearers were Mary Haines, Barbara Bradshaw, Brenda Kessler, Lillian Finn, Devi Bradshaw, Beatrice Lobb, Connie Kessler, Barbara York, Minnie Elmore and Betty Denton.
