Our loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend, Evelyn Naylor Koplin, age 81, passed away January 7, 1992 at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born July 24, 1910 in Salt Lake City to William Edward and Emily Alice James Naylor. Married Walter G. Koplin December 11, 1952, Salt Lake LDS Temple; he died June 29, 1981. Graduate of LDS High School. Active member of the LDS Church serving in many leadership capacities. She was an executive secretary and active in community services. Member, Beta Sigma Phi, Top Hatters and the Hawaiian Club.
She will be greatly missed by her children, Richard M. (Joanne); Robert W. (Gerry); Judy Mooring (Bill), Arvada, Colo.; Kathryn McClellan (Steve), Concord, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Naylor; brother, William J. (Mildred) Naylor; two nieces, three nephews, 10 grandnieces and four grandnephews. Funeral services Sat., January 11, 12 noon, Yalecrest 2nd Ward Chapel, 1035 South 1800 East. Friends may call at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South, Friday 6-7 p.m., and at the ward Saturday, 10:45-11:45 a.m. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
