Deborah, K. (Grenus) Peters, 59, of Curwensville, PA passed away on June 4, 2013 at her home as the result of a structure fire.

She was born August 3, 1953, in Clearfield, the daughter of Anthony and May A. (Pitts) Grenus.

Deborah had worked at Shortway Products, Clearfield Cheese and various convenience stores.

She was affiliated with St. John Lutheran Church, Clearfield.

Deborah belonged to the Curwensville Moose.

She loved animals and enjoyed gardening. She had a good sense of humor and a gift of making people laugh.

Deborah is survived by a sister, Linda L. Houchins and her husband Jack of Clearfield, a brother, Anthony P. Grenus, II and his wife Mary of Woodland, a niece and two nephews; Craig Houchins and his wife Kim of Clearfield, Anthony Grenus, III of Woodland and Jennifer Grenus of Woodland and a great niece and two great nephews; Stacey Ann Houchins, Tyler Houchins and Jacob Houchins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.

A Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
