Mrs. Earl (Ora) Wolf, 77, RD 2, Footville-Richmond Rd., Jefferson, died unexpectedly Tuesday on the way to Warren General Hospital. Mrs. Wolf was born at Paulding, Ohio, June 7, 1889. She had been an area resident for 53 years. She was married Dec. 25, 1906 in DeKalb, Ind. She was a member of Lenox Federated Church. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Raymond of Lenox and Austin of Warren; five daughters, Mrs. Helen Johnstone of Detroit, Mrs. Floyd (Lois) Woodruff, Detroit, Mrs. Donald (Mary) Miller, Ashtabula, Mrs. Pete (Edna) Santana, Detroit, and Mrs. Martha Leonard, Ashtabula; a sister, Mrs Ab (Eva) Nichols, Geneva-on-the Lake; one brother, Lewis Richardson, Shaylorsville, Ohio; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, David A. and Emaline Cooper Richardson, a grandchild and two sisters. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Lenox Federated Church with the Rev. Leland Ives officiating. Burial will be in Lenox Center Cemetery.
Ora's daughter, Martha, told that Ora had a corn cob pipe that belonged to Grandma Cooper. Martha said that after supper Grandma would go sit on the porch and smoke her pipe.
