Evelyn Pearl Flesher Adams, 77, resident of Brannon Court, died Saturday, August 21, 2010 at NHC Lewisburg.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Brother Bob Brewer officiating. Private family interment will follow in Henryville Cemetery in Lawrence County. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com .
A native of Pickaway County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Myron Flesher and Margaret Skinner Flesher and a graduate of Bellevue Senior High School in Bellevue, Ohio.
She was the widow of James Lewis "Jim" Adams who preceded her in death in 1993. For a number of years she and her husband operated Adams Insurance and Real Estate Agency in Bellevue, Ohio.
Mrs. Adams was a member of Theta Church of Christ.
Active pallbearers include Steven Adams, Hilton Linley, Krist Adams, Craig Eckler, Larry Chunn, and Johnny Cates. Members of Theta Church of Christ will serve as honorary pallbearers.
