Born in Czechoslavakia, Mrs. Ratliff had resided in the United States since 1912. She had lived at Savannah since 1925. She was of the Roman Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Macicek; her second husband, Arthur F. Ratliff; and a son, Joseph F. Macicek.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Barbara J. Brown of Savannah, and a great-grandchild.
