MT. PLEASANT — Mrs. Ophelia "Pudding" Woodson Walker, 59, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

Services will be conducted at 1 pm Monday at Ironside Tabernacle with Elder Richard Carter Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Sunday at Roundtree, Napier & Ogilvie's Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Hunter Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.

She was the daughter of the late Mr. Julius Woodson Sr. and Mrs. Georgia Frierson Woodson, and was a resident of Mt. Pleasant. She was a member of New Hope U.P.B. Church and a 1965 graduate of Clark High School.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. William Walker Sr.; sons Lamont Walker and William Walker Jr.; daughters, Angela Walker, Latasha Walker and Sonja Walker; brothers James Martin, John Will Woodson and Julius Woodson Jr.; sisters Elizabeth Woodson, Marjorie Moore and Mildred Woodson; and 12 grandchildren.
