W.C. Walker, 57, resident of Columbia, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2009.
Services will be 1 pm Monday at Booker Ridge Church with the Rev. Fran-cis Orr officiating.
Burial will follow in the Booker Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Sunday at Baxter Bros. Funeral Home of Columbia.
He attended Carver Smith High School and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant.
He was preceded in death by father Kenneth Moore Walker Jr. and wife Ophelia Woodson Walker.
Survivors include mother Georgia Mai Martin; sons Tavares Hill and Lamont Walker of Columbia and William Walker of Mt. Pleasant; daughters Tosha and Angie Walker and Angie Marlow, all of Columbia; brothers George Walker of Mt. Pleasant, J.D. Walker of Cornersville and Terry Anderson of Columbia; sisters Carolyn and Reba Walker, Kathleen Booker, Barbara Robinson and Corinne Harvey, all of Columbia, and Carol Anderson of Nashville; 22 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
