VICTORIA - Louise Albrecht Wagner, 91, of Victoria, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013. She was born August 16, 1921 in Mission Valley to the late Alfred and Bertha Adickes Albrecht.
She retired from J.C. Penney after 30 plus years. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church since 1941 where she taught Sunday School, served on the Alter Guild and Good Cheers.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Wagner; brother, William "Bill" Albrecht; and an infant brother and sister.
Burial will follow service at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
