David Kevin Nesbit, age 44 of Trough Road, Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday morning, June 28, 2013 at his residence. Born February 16, 1969 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of Carol Sue (McDonald) Nesbit of Keyser, WV and the late William Graham Nesbit. He was a member of the Moorefield Presbyterian Church. Dave enjoyed spending time on the South Branch River, canoeing and fishing and just being in the water with his children. Dave's love of the river came from his youth where he spent all of his spare time on the South Branch of the Potomac. Dave along with his wife, are the owner/operators of the Stray Cat Café in Moorefield.

Surviving is his loving wife of 12 years, Ann J. (Slezak) Nesbit; a daughter, Isabelle J. Nesbit and a son, Grayson G. Nesbit at home; a brother, Jeffrey S. Nesbit of Brunswick, MD and numerous friends who were his family.

Funeral Services were conducted 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Moorefield Presbyterian Church with Pastor Ernie Poland officiating. Interment followed at the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield. The family received friends from 5 – 8 PM Tuesday at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St. in Moorefield
