Eva Mae Nichols Potter, 95, of Abilene, died Friday, June 28 2013, in Round Rock, Texas.

Mrs. Potter was born March 14, 1918, in Coryell County, Texas to Sol and Verlie Adele Mitchell Nichols and attended school in Norton. She married Delton Jesse Riddle in 1932 in Runnels County and lived in Winters until 1952. She moved to Abilene from Knox City in 1954 and married D. W. Potter in Capps in 1958. She moved to Round Rock from Abilene in March of 2012. Mrs. Potter was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.

Mrs. Potter is survived by three children, Glenda Angley, Jeanie Woods and husband Jerry, and Paulette Baucum, all of Abilene; daughter-in-law Bobbie Riddle of Granbury; 19 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and 65 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Jackie Sue Walker and Martha Dale Pendleton; one son, Delton Roy Riddle; one sister, Glendene Henley; four brothers, O.B., J.B., Boyce and Morris Nichols; two grandchildren; four son-in-laws Garland Baucum, Coy Angley, Charles Walker and D.L. Pendleton.
