Mrs. Ferdinand N. Koehler, 59, of R. 4, Chilton, died early today at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, after an illness of several weeks.
She had been a patient at the hospital for the past nine days.
A life-long resident of Calumet County, she was born Dec. 14, 1897, on a farm in the Town of Stockbridge, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip Egerer.
She was married to Ferdinand Koehler on April 17, 1923 at St Elizabeth's Catholic Church at Kloten, and spent most of her married life in the Town of Charlestown. Mrs. Koehler was a member of the Christian Mothers Society of St. Martin's Church in the Town of Charlestown.
Survivors are her husband; one son, LeRoy, on the homestead farm; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Wieting, Sheboygan; four brothers, Raymond Egerer of Appleton, Joseph of Milwaukee, and Bernard and John of the Town of Stockbridge, and a sister, Mrs. Oscar Mertens, Charlesburg, Charlesburg.
