Sarah was born about 28-31 Dec. 1797 based on her age at death (66 years, 2 months & 1 day). She was the daughter of James Scholey (Schooley) and Mary Rogers, and the sister of Isaac Schooley and Joseph Schooley. She was presumably born on her parent's farm in Nottingham Twp., old Burlington Co., NJ (now Hamilton Twp., Mercer Co.), which extended from the village of Hamilton Square to the Trenton Road. Presumably she died at her own residence in Hamilton Twp.
