Laurence Mulhollen was born to William Mulhollen and Nellie Grace Baker Jackson in Lafayette, Tippecanoe Co. IN. Siblings were Earl L and Eleanor E (Glenn J Garman).
He was a graduate of Jefferson High School and attended Indiana University. Laurance was wed to Mary Anna Ham on May 29, 1930, in Lafayette by Rev. L Williams.
In January of 1940, he and Mary Anna were named co-superintendents of the Cary Home for Children in Lafayette. Just two weeks later, Mary Anna's life was cut short by a bout of pneumonia, she was 33.
Laurence later joined Alcoa, worked there for 19 years. He was a member of the Congress Methodist Church and was a member pf F & AM Lafayette Lodge 123, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianaoplis.
