Georgia Opal Gray was called into heaven on June 9, 2013, surrounded by members of her loving family. Opal was a woman of remarkable Christian faith, generous and kind to everyone she knew, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Born in Colorado on July 14, 1920, Opal is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 73 years Tom , half sister Margaret Davison of Parker, CO, daughters and son in laws Melissa and Steve DeMuri of Carmichael, CA and Michele and Mike Dollar of Wilsonville OR, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great granddaughters. She was a 40 year resident of Fremont, CA, and a long time member and faithful volunteer servant at Bridges Community Church. Opal has left a legacy of Christian faith, love, and selfless giving that will never be forgotten.

All are welcome to a celebration of Opal's incredible life at 11:30 am on Saturday, June 15, 2013 in the chapel of First Covenant Church, 10933 Progress Court, Rancho Cordova , CA. Private interment will be held at Lakeside Memorial Lawn, Folsom, CA.
