He was born July 6, 1933, in Temple, Texas, son of Eugene LaTaur and Janie Clara Attaway Green. He served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, retiring as master sergeant. Jamie loved to drive the backroads of his home state of Texas, exploring. Jamie Scott Green passed away Sunday night, June 16, 2013, at his residence in Missoula. He was 79.

Survived By: His former spouse & mother of his children, Billie Dixon, of Missoula; daughters: Stephanie (Ronald) Vanderveen, also of Missoula, and Marion Brasfield of Odessa, Texas; son, Jamie Green Jr., of Missoula; brother, Charles Green, of Kansas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
