Mrs. Henderson was born in French Camp, MS on November 22, 1920.
She spent the majority her life residing in Ridgeland, MS. Mrs. Henderson began her working life with the FBI during WWII; however, she spent most of her career working for the American Pulpwood Association. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Ridgeland and served there as a faithful member.
Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edwin Lee "Ike" Henderson.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia Barber. She leaves behind three children (2 sons and 1 daughter): Ed Henderson and his spouse Betsy Henderson of Hattiesburg, MS, Gary Henderson and his spouse Cindy Henderson of Belle Vista, Arkansas, and Susan Hardy and her spouse, Wayne Hardy of Birmingham, Alabama. She also leaves behind 7 granddaughters, 3 great-grandsons, and 6 great-granddaughters.
The family requests that any memorials be given to French Camp Academy, One Fine Place, French Camp, MS.
